A FINAL THANKS!!-

It is no surprise to anyone what I am about to say, however it is very true now that I have finished the semester. I grew up in a windows world, but the past eight years I have been living in a MAC world. (Also known as a dream world) I wasn’t exposed to the window world as of late however this semester I was plopped here without me having a say. Needless to say, I wasn’t thrilled to be working on a windows machine while there are amazing apple machines upstairs that we could be working on. The semester went on just like life does and I grew fond of M.Word, M. PowerPoint and most of all M.Excel. The fact of the matter is that with a good instructor you can achieve even the hardest of things that you think you couldn’t. I have learned more about Microsoft Office this semester then I could ever remember. This would probably rate as one of the most informative and influential semesters I have taken at YU and I truly believe that this course has a big hand in my learning at this college.
With saying that, I would like to express my great thanks and gratitude for being that influential figure in my semester and in my college life.
Thanks-

Excel #6

The Best part of this Case Grader is the IF function. All you have to do is type the if function and then you will be able to click cells to connect them to create formulas. Just another way to make your life east and to use this amazing program of Excel to make you life organized and complete. Excel could be the best program ever made for organization on computers.

Excel #5

In the Case Grader the most fascinating tool that i like and learned about was the cell styles tab. I plug all the information in and then just went to that tab and clicked the right format that i needed and it applied to all the information and again made it really easy to read and formatted the information in a way that again is very easy reading and useful.

Excel #4

After finishing this Case Grader i had realized that the most useful tool i found would have had to be the increase and decrease decemial point mover and the accounting number format. With just the click of a botton you can make all the information on that sheet the same form. This is a very useful tool. Orginizes and makes it easy for the reader. Very useful!

Excel #3

Again with this case i am getting better at using the "standard" buttons that are needed to produce and excel sheet and the ability to alter and fix the information to make it easier to understand and to read just by using certain formula's. The thing that i thought was most important that i got out of this case grader was useing diffrent sheet, but connecting them all together with formula's so that when you change information on one sheet everything connected to it will change as well. That is just one of the many impressive and helpful things that excel has to offer.

Excel #2

For this Case it was the same information and tools as before, however there was one new thing that i had not known before starting this case. The new tool that i used this case was taking all of your data that you have plugged into you excel sheet and with the click of a button you can graph all that information. This is a great tool and now i know how to use it to graph information. This is a great way to help people understand the information giving in a diffrent format.

EXCEL 1&2

After finishing the Excel cases i did notice that i have gotten better with the In's and Out's of using excel. It is an extremely useful application and to me it is imperative to learn how to use and understand. There is a lot to learn and I'm moving in the right direction after each case.
